Feature:

This will provide Marketing Users to create Campaigns with different assets in it and track the effectiveness of the Campaign with different Sources and different Users.

Who will be using this?

This can be used by any User usually a Marketing User.

 Benefits:

This will help the Marketers to create Marketing Campaigns and analyze the effectiveness of Campaign Sources.

Process:

In “Roles” there will be a setting for “Integrated Campaigns”, and based on the level the link in menu, create button, delete button will be  displayed.

For access greater than “NA”, the sub-menu will be displayed in ‘Setup’.

Clicking on the menu will load the Campaign page and display the buttons based on permission.

This will load all the Campaigns which are created / shared to the user with the icon of fa-map. The grid will have columns of Campaign Name, Campaign Tag, Links in the Campaign, Budget, Expected Outcome, Created On and Updated On. There will be pagination, search, sorting (default on updated on, and available for Name, Tag, Created On and Updated On), and the filter section.

Clicking on “Create” will open the step wizard for creating a Campaign.

Info – This will be first step with ‘Name’ and ‘Campaign tag’ as mandatory fields. Other fields are of Description, Filters, External Id, Budget, and Expected Outcome.

Add Link(s) – In this step user will add track links to the Campaign. This will validate for at least 1 link to be present in a Campaign. This section will be similar to the tracking link creation modal but associating the added links to the Campaign.
The Campaign will be made ‘active’ only after Finish is clicked.

On ‘Edit’ of Campaign it will load the “Links” page by default.

Clicking on the “get link” will display the link code as it does for tracking link with the “Campaign Tag” in disabled mode from the Campaign.

Clicking on the Source button will copy the Campaign link as “{{Short URL}}&campaign_user={{User.publickey}}” with the logged-in User Public Key as campaign_user. The {{Short URL}} will contain “{{URL}}?campaign_source={{Source}}& campaign_name={{CampaignName}}” and each of the Source will have its own short URL like https://content.amp.vg/xl/bv78d09glabfb, https://content.amp.vg/xl/bv78d09glabln, https://content.amp.vg/xl/bv78d09glabtw, https://content.amp.vg/xl/bv78d09glabem, https://content.amp.vg/xl/bv78d09glaboth1, https://content.amp.vg/xl/bv78d09glaboth2

e.g. https://content.amp.vg/xl/bv78d09glabln&campaign_user= d2nr31qdgyqip for Track link - https://content.amp.vg/xl/bv78d09glab and campaign_name=MSP_Promotion and campaign_source=Linkedin in which the link will re-direct as http://www.mindmatrix.net/?campaign_name=MSP_Promotion and campaign_source=Linkedin&campaign_user= d2nr31qdgyqip

When this link is visited it will record the Campaign parameters in the database for reporting purpose.

If the Campaign is not shared i.e. created by the User then it will display the “Views” link but not for ‘shared’ Campaigns. Similarly the “Create” button will not be displayed in “Links’ page if it is ‘shared’ Campaign.

The “More” will have Links, Report, Contacts, Info, and Sharing.

Each Campaign link if created (not shared) will open report on click and will have “Views” with Contacts, Info and Sharing as other option. If a track link within a Campaign is shared then the Campaign will also be shared but will display only the shared links and not all.

The “Report” page for Campaign Link will be displayed as below and it will be similar for “Campaign” except it will list the links in the Campaign in “Link-wise Report”.

Based on the Users filtered after the values from drop down of Organization Groups, Organizations and Users the data will be populated in the report widgets.

Stats and Activities (fa-line-chart) – This will contain the chart of the links visited based on the Source i.e.  Email (#3276b1), Facebook (#3b5998), Twitter (#38A1F3), LinkedIn (#0077B5), Direct (#666) and different colors for ‘Others’ (if Other Source name is provided). The default chart will be “Daily” but User can change the X-Axis based on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Collective.  Clicking on each count will display the list of contacts that have clicked on the link for that Source and for UTM User filtered in the drop down.

Total Clicks – which is the count of total links clicked by the contacts -shared or created- of the logged-in User for the UTM links of the filtered Users, clicking on the count will load the “Contacts” page.
Unique Clicks – which is the count of total links clicked by the contacts -shared or created- of the logged-in User for the UTM links of the filtered Users, clicking on the count will load the “Contacts” page.
Signups – This is the count of contacts that were created from the form used in the tracking link.

Source-wise Chart (fa-pie-chart) – This will display the do-nut chart of the unique clicks based on the Source. There will be stats for the sources with their respective colors. Clicking on each count will display the list of contacts -shared or created- of the logged-in User for the UTM links of the filtered Users.

Bird Eye (fa-map-marker) – This will plot the unique contacts on the map.

In the campaign summary report, we can now click through the stats given on the reports page. Earlier you could only see the count of the links, now you can click the stats count and check the links.

The “Contacts” page in Campaign link and Campaign will have a column for “Source”.

In the “Sharing” page, User can share the Track Link/Campaign with Users, User Groups, Organizations, Organization Groups and/or Companies based of permission provided to the User.

In email template/media within ‘Hyperlink Manager’ if the User has permission for Campaigns there will be option to add Campaign link.

Clicking on “Campaigns” will load the step wizard with

Select Campaign – User will select one of the Campaigns from his account.

Select Link – User will select one of the Links from the Campaign.

Select Source – User will select one of the Sources for the Campaign link, the default one will be “Email”.

The variable version of the link for the source will be added as hyperlink.
e.g.  https://content.amp.vg/xl/bv78d09glabem&campaign_user= ##user.publickey##
If this link is added in an Email template by User1 and the template is shared to User2, then when contacts of User2 clicks on the link from the email sent to them the User parsed as campaign_user will be User2.

If a Contact fills a form from the campaign link then the Campaign Id and Source will be stored for the contact and will be displayed as signup.
