How do I get help with my action items every month?

We know you have a lot of responsibilities, and sometimes marketing falls lower on your list of to-dos. We want to help you succeed!

Here are some tasks we can perform for you so you can focus your efforts on your business:

1. Creating & Sending Emails
If you want a new email or drip campaign to send to contacts, submit the text in a Word document at https://helpdesk.mindmatrix.net/ and we’ll create it for you.

2. Adding Your Prospects
Send us the contacts in a CSV file using these templates:
Prospects & leads
Non-managed service customers (upsell customers)
Existing managed service customers
Submit a ticket at https://helpdesk.mindmatrix.net and we’ll import them into your account.

3. Creating Social drips.
If you want a new or existing single social post or drip campaign to publish on your social media accounts, submit the text in a Word document at Helpdesk and we will create it for you.

4. Creating a Smart list.
If you want to create a contacts smart list, provide us the details regarding which type of contacts you want in a smart list and we will create the list for you.

5. Creating a user account.
If you want to create a single user or import users in a bulk, submit the details in a CSV file at Helpdesk and we will create it for you.

6. Creating Web/Landing pages.
If you want us to create Web/Landing pages, submit the text in a Word document along with the design at Helpdesk and we will create it for you.

7. Creating a playbook.
If you want to create a Marketing/Onboarding playbook, submit the details and steps at Helpdesk and we will create it for you.

8. Creating an opportunity.
If you want to create an opportunity, submit the details at Helpdesk and we will create it for you.

9. Contact/opportunity custom fields.
If you want to edit or create a new Contact/Opportunity custom field, submit the details at Helpdesk and we will create it for you.

10. Assets management by adding filters/filter category.
If you want to create a new filter or add any existing filter in any of the assets, submit the details at Helpdesk and we will create it for you.

11. Creating PDF/presentations.
If you want to create a new one or edit any existing PDF/presentations, submit the text in a Word document at Helpdesk and we will create it for you.

12. Uploading Images/Documents/videos.
If you want to upload Images/Documents/videos, submit the details at Helpdesk and we will create them for you.

13. Creating or updating user groups/roles.
If you want to create a new role or update any existing user groups/roles, submit the details at Helpdesk and we will create it for you.
