How do I remove a contact from Recipient List


Below are the steps to remove a contact from the list:

  1. Click on Connections > Lists.



A window with the recipient lists will open.

  1. Click on the desired recipient list.



  1. Open the List and click on Views > Contacts at the upper right corner of the window.



Contacts will appear with the “add” or “remove” button in front of them.

  1. Click on the “remove” icon (red in color) to remove any contact from the list.


That’s how you can remove any number of contacts from the recipient list one by one.
