If your CRM (or PSA) is integrated with your Mindmatrix account, you probably have a few questions. Here are a few things you should know about your integration with Mindmatrix:
You can add a new contact CRM and depending upon the setting, share this contact automatically with Mindmatrix! This makes it easier for your marketing team to follow-up with leads.(link - How do I import contacts?)
You can push to-do tasks or notifications to your CRM using smart lists. Follow these instructions to create a notification. (link - How do I create notifications?)
Only map the fields for the data that is relevant to your marketing campaigns. Your Consultant advises you on this during the setup process. (link - How do I check mapped fields in my CRM?)
Mindmatrix will automatically unsubscribe hard bounced contacts and contacts who unsubscribe by clicking on a link at the bottom of your emails. However, this will not show up in your CRM unless the unsubscribe field is mapped to Mindmatrix. As a rule, you should never delete your unsubscribed contacts. We need a record of your contacts so we do not send to them again if they are unsubscribed or hard bounced. |
