Partner Admin as Email Notification Recipient in Opportunity Lists

A new enhancement has been introduced to the Opportunity Company List, allowing email notifications to be sent directly to Partner Admins of the associated organization. This expands notification flexibility and ensures the right stakeholders stay informed about opportunity activity.

Previously, email notifications could only be configured for recipients such as the Channel Manager, Creator, and Owner. With this update, Partner Admins can also be selected as notification recipients.

Notes
Key Highlights

  • Partner Admins can now be selected as email notification recipients.

  • The option is available across three list types related to opportunities.

  • Notifications are sent automatically to Partner Admins of the associated organization when conditions are met.

Where This Enhancement Is Available

The Partner Admin recipient option is now available in the following areas:

  • Opportunity Company Lists

  • Advanced Search Lists

  • Automation Lists (created for opportunity workflow)

Notes
How It Works
  1. Configure the required conditions within the Opportunity Company List, Advanced Search List, or Automation List.

  2. Select Partner Admin as the email recipient.

  3. When the configured conditions are met, the system will automatically send email notifications to the Partner Admin users of the associated organization.

Idea
Benefits

  • Ensures Partner Admins stay informed about relevant opportunity activity.

  • Expands notification flexibility beyond Channel Manager, Creator, and Owner.

  • Provides consistent recipient options across company lists, advanced search lists, and automation lists.

  • Improves partner engagement by keeping organizational admins in the loop.

  • Supports automated, condition-based notification workflows.

Notes
Conclusion

The addition of Partner Admin as an email notification recipient in Opportunity Lists gives organizations greater flexibility in keeping key stakeholders informed. By making this option available across Opportunity Company Lists, Advanced Search Lists, and Automation Lists, the enhancement ensures that Partner Admins receive timely, condition-based notifications about opportunity activity within their organization.
