How do I create a Contact Recipient List?
Recipient lists are the static lists where contacts are added manually i.e. one at a time or by importing bulk contacts into the desired list.
To access your Recipient List gallery, click on My Database > Contact Lists.
Note: On the Bridge platform, clients can personalize menu navigation to better suit the specific needs of their Users. Things may be under a different part of your navigation bar depending on your settings and customization. Contact your platform administrator, Support Team or Consultant for further assistance if you can’t find the selection noted.
Click the “Create” button.
Give your Recipient List an name and then click on the "arrow" icon.
Optional information fields:
A. Description: add any relevant explanatory notes and comments
B. Filters: add search filter tags
C. Is Subscription List: turn list into an Email Subscription List
Use the Add/Remove toggles to select Contact entries. When you have made your selections, click on the "arrow" icon.
Click on the Share/Unshare toggles to share or unshare the list to specific Users or User Groups. When you have made your selections, click "Finish".
Sharing Settings:
A. Override Owner - Override Ownership based contact sharing restrictions for contact entries in this list.
B. Users and Groups: View Users or User Groups
C. All, Shared, and Unshared:
- View Users/User Groups,
- View only Users/ User Groups that you are sharing to,
- View only Users/ User Groups that you are not sharing to.
