How do I make a list of contacts that filled out a form?

A Smart List is a fluid and dynamic list that is based on conditions or activity. If you’d like to share contacts based on certain conditions, you can use Smart Lists to set automatic sharing of certain contacts that match set conditions or activity mapped out in the Smart List.

In "Conditions" section of the Smart List Editor, click on the "Create New Filter For Smart List" and select "Forms";


In the following drop down menu, select "Specific Form Filled".


Drop-down menu options: 
A. Any Form Completed: Any contact who has completed any web form will qualify
B. Specific Form Completed: Any contact who has completed a certain web form (specified by the user) will qualify. 
C. Specific Form Incomplete: Any contact who has opened but did not fill out or submit a certain web form (specified by the user) will qualify. 
D. Specific Form Filled Count: Any contact who has filled out a certain web form (specified by the user), but did not click on the "Submit Button" will qualify. 


In the following drop down menu, select the form that Users must complete to qualify, than click on the blue "Add" button, and then click "Save".
