How do I organize assets for Playbooks or Journeys?

To more easily find related assets for a Playbook or Journey, multiple asset types can be added to steps by filter.

Steps:

Start by setting up a Playbook template

  1. How to set up a Marketing Campaign Playbook

Under the Tab > Step # > ‘Add Asset’ section, select ‘Asset Objects'.
This feature allows you to select different options, whose results will be fetched in media section depending on the ‘asset object’ filters and/or contact filter option enabled.


Fill out the relevant fields



Save added steps and internal playbook to view relevant results in the media section
  1. Asset Object Name - Used to name the icon within the step
  2. Asset types -narrows down type of assets that will be pulled in
  3. Filters - Pulls in assets with matching filter

Click Save, then continue



When viewing that Playbook under the Playbooks tab/area, the new option will be available under it's related step


Clicking on the new option will bring up a pop-up with all matching assets to what you have set
