How do I remove my inactive contacts if I have CRM integration?**Please note that when you remove inactive contacts in Mindmatrix, it will not delete your unsubscribed or hard bounced contacts, since these contacts need to remain in your account to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act** Step 1: Email support@mindmatrix.net to disconnect your CRM integration. Your CRM integration has to be disconnected before you start removing contacts because it is set up to pull in any contacts with specific filter criteria if they do not exist in Mindmatrix Step 2: Mark contacts you would like to remove in Mindmatrix as "Inactive" in your CRM or delete them from your CRM. For instructions on how to export a list of all inactive contacts in your Mindmatrix account, click here. Step 3: Go to Connections>Contacts Step 2: Select the inactive contacts.
