How do I upload one or more files to my Image or Document Galleries?

Note: The maximum size of an image or document upload should not exceed 25 MB.

Uploading Images

Click on the "Upload" button.


Click on the greyed area to browse for files upload, or drag-and-drop the files into the grayed area directly. 


(Optional) If you wish, give your files a description and search filter tags. 


(Optional) You may share your files to any relevant users, groups, or organizations. When you have made your selections, click "Finish". 


Your files will now appear in the gallery. 


You can now track downloaded images in the Asset Report. To check the report, navigate to Setup > Reports > Asset Report. On this page, click on the Images option, and you will see a Download column. This will provide details of the users and organizations that have downloaded the images.



Uploading Documents

The process of uploading documents and images to Action Places has been streamlined for efficiency. When uploading a single document, such as a user list, the system now automatically selects and uploads the file once you choose it on the document upload page. This enhancement eliminates the manual step of selecting the file post-upload for user list applications.

Similarly, when updating a user's profile image, simply upload a single image on the image upload page, and the system will automatically handle the rest, uploading the selected image directly. This update removes the need for any additional manual actions post-upload.
