You can now track downloaded images in the Asset Report. To check the report, navigate to Setup > Reports > Asset Report. On this page, click on the Images option, and you will see a Download column. This will provide details of the users and organizations that have downloaded the images.

The system now supports document versioning within the Asset Library. This allows Admins and Editors to manage multiple versions of the same file — providing history, rollback, and update capabilities

Upload New Versions:
Users can upload updated versions of a document directly within the document gallery.
Activate a Version:
To display a specific version, click the “Make Active” button. The selected version will be shown as the active document.
Add Comments (Optional):
When uploading a new version, a pop-up will appear prompting the user to add a comment. This step is optional and can be skipped.
Visibility Control Based on Permissions:
If a document is shared with partners and the access level is set to “View”, partners will not see the versions tab or have access to version history.
If access is set to “Edit”, partners will see the versions option and can upload and manage their own versions of the document.
