How do I adjust the Interest Level rating of a Contact through the Summary dashboard widget?

From your MSP advantage dashboard, find the Summary widget (near the top of your screen) and click on the hyperlinked number for “Hot leads”.

Click on the contact entry you wish to edit. 


Note: By default, this should open up the "Info" section of the contact entry. You can also reach this section manually by selecting More > Info


Under the “Preferences” tab, find the “Auto Adjust” option, and click to unselect/clear the checkbox if it is not already blank. If you disable Auto Adjust, you can then manually change the Interest Level. When you have made your adjustments, click "Save". 


Note:
  1. Enabling Auto Adjust will give the contact auto-scoring for interest Level
  2. Disabling Auto Adjust will stop the contact from accumulating points
  3. Enabling Auto Adjust again will then start that contact at the Interest Level selected
