How to assign an MDF Plan to an Organization or Organization Group

Feature: This enhancement allows users to assign MDF Plans to multiple Organizations and/or Organization Groups.

Who will be using this? This enhancement will be useful for enterprises that work with a large number of partner Organizations. (The partner who requested this features, for example, would have to assign new fund plans to 400+ Organizations within their network). 

Process:

Assigning from within the template creator:

Organizational assignment is step 4 of the fund plan creation process. 
For information on how to create a fund plan, see How do I use the MDF Approval Plan creator to setup a fund plan?
Organization settings: 
A. Send Notification to Users and Send Notification to Managers
B. Organizations and Organization Groups: View Organizations or Organization Groups
C. Added, Not Added, and All: Filter Organizations/Organization groups by assignment status.
D. Add/Remove: Assign or Un-assign to this Organization or Organization Group


Assigning an Organization/Organization Group to existing fund plan: 

To access your current MDF Approve Plans, go to Manage > MDF Approval > MDF Approval Plans
Note: On the Bridge platform, clients can personalize menu navigation to better suit the specific needs of their Users. Things may be under a different part of your navigation bar depending on your settings and customization. Contact your platform administrator, Support Team or Consultant for further assistance if you can’t find the selection noted.

 Select a Fund Plan.


From the "More" drop down, select 'Assignment'. 


Follow the same steps as above.
