How do I change delays in an email drip campaign?

Accessing the "Quick Editor" menu: 

To changes the delays in a drip campaign, begin by logging in to your Mindmatrix account, then navigating to:

Manage > Campaigns > Drip (Nurturing).



Once you are in the Drip Campaign section of the software, choose the campaign you wish to view and click the "Edit" button.


When the campaign template editor opens, it will display the "Contacts and Timing" section by default. To change the delay period between individual email messages, click the "More" drop down menu in the top right side of the window, then select "Quick Editor."

Using the campaign "Campaign Quick Editor":

Relative vs Absolute Delays:
Relative Delays: A relative delay between emails means that email #2 will go out a certain number of days after email #1. 
Absolute Delays: An absolute delay means that email #2 will go not out until after a certain date, set by the user. 

Setting a "Relative" delay:

Click on the thumbnail card for the delay period that you wish to edit. Select the "Relative" tab. Use the "Select the number of days to wait" drop down set the length of the delay period. Click "Save" 



Setting an "Absolute" delay:

Click on the thumbnail card for the delay period that you wish to edit. Select the "Absolute" tab. Use the "Select a Date" data entry field  to select the earliest date that the next email message can go out/next campaign event can take place. When you have made your selection, click "Save".
