How do I change the appearance of the Dashboard for other users?

Only Channel clients that have the permissions can change a Dashboards pre-set for portal Users. Changing the view of a Dashboard for Users is done under Roles. Using the below article you can learn to swap out a pre-set dashboard for Users tied to that Role. (Note: Admins can also edit preset Dashboards if you are you using v4 or earlier versions of the portal. To edit your v5 dashboard, put in a Support ticket or work with your Consultant.)

MSP Advantage clients can request access to other widgets available on v4 by talking to their Consultant. This is not included with all plans purchased from Mindmatrix.

To change the Dashboard view for yourself, another User, or a Group of Users, go to Setup and Roles.

Click on the Role you'd like to assign a new Dashboard to, or click Create to make a new Role


Click on the Features tab, and select the Persona drop-down to pick the new Dashboard view. 


Click Save
