How do I view a contact's lead report?

Contact Reports let a User see how a contact, or lead, is performing - including Activities (emails opened/received, websites visited, landing pages filled out), Interest Level Scores and other related Sales data.

Navigate to My Database > Contacts
Note: this may be under a different part of your navigation bar depending on your settings and customization. Contact your Support team or Consultant for further assistance if you can’t find the selection.



Click on a Contact to bring up their Contact information screen


Select the Views drop-down and Report



View the report
