Overview of One-off Email Reporting
1. To view an email report for another user select Reports > Communicate > Email Report
2. To select the group, organization, or specific user click the drop-down and select the parameters you would like to view > click generate.
- The report for individual emails will be at the bottom of the page. Here, it is possible to view the stats for each email that has been sent by the users within the parameters that are selected as well as the email delivery rates.
