How do I view the report for print assets?

Below are the steps on how the Report can be checked for Print templates.


  1.  Go to Reports  > Asset Report, by default the asset selected, is Print.



Note: Screenshots are taken from a Test account and options in the Reports drop-down menu may vary as per the roles and permissions assigned to an individual user.

  1.  You can check the report for other users in your organization if you are the admin user.


  1.  Below are the parameters on which the Print asset is tracked.

 

  1. Name: Shows the name of the Print template.
  2. Usage: It includes four more counts.
    1. Internal view: The number of users who have access to the template.
    2. Used by the user within AMP: If the print template is used in any email template within the portal.
    3. Media downloaded: If the template is customized by going under Assets > Personalized > PDF and download from the same.
    4. Template downloaded: If the print template is downloaded from Setup > Asset Management > Templates.
  3. Total Users: Shows the total number of users who have used the print template.
  4. Sent: Template sent from Direct use by going under Assets > Personalized > PDF
  5. Media Email Sent:  Customized print sent from Assets > Personalized > PDF
  6. Internal Views: Included in usage (#b)
  7. Media Viewed: Included in usage (#b)
  8. Template Link Sent: Print template used in email by inserting the asset from the hyperlink manager and the same email template is sent.
  9. Template Link Clicked: Print template link clicked from the email sent in the above point. The outside column shows the unique clicks and inside reflects the total clicks.
  10. Downloaded: Print Template is sent via email and the file is downloaded from the email.
  11. Downloaded Media: Media link is sent and the file is downloaded by the contact.
