There are many options to create user smart lists in Mindmatrix. The outline below explains the options available for the condition filters within the user smart list.

  • User Record Data:
    This condition is used to filter users based on user record data. (Such as what is found in the user profile.)

    All of the user default fields are included in the options within the user record data including:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Title
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • Country
    • and more!
       
  • User Additional Data: This condition is used to filter users based on user record data in custom fields. All of the user custom fields are included in the options within user additional data. For example, if you've setup SSO or CRM integration with custom user fields, they will display here.

 

  • User Contact Custom Data: This condition is used to filter users based on user contact custom data.

    For example, if you are using a new user registration form to approve users' access into the system, the form fill will be added as a contact with your custom form fields.

    Once converted into a user after access is approved, those fields are now accessible in the user smart list "user contact custom data" condition options.

 

  • User Activities: These conditions are used to filter users based on the activities they have performed in the system including:

  • Organization Record Data: This condition is used to filter users based on their organization record data. (Such as what is found in their organization profile.)  All of the organization default fields are included in the options within the organization record data including:
    • Organization Name
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • Country
    • and more!
  • Organization Additional Data:
    This condition is used to filter users based on their organization record data in custom fields.


All of the organization custom fields are included in the options within organization additional data. For example, if you've setup SSO or CRM integration with custom organization fields, they will display here.

 

  • User Group: This condition is used to filter users that are a part of selected user group(s).

 

  • Organization Group:
    This condition is used to filter users that are within an organization that is a part of selected organization group(s).

 

  • Collateral Activity: This condition is used to filter users based on asset activities they have performed.

  • Social Media: This condition is used to filter users based on the social media activities performed by users.

  • Certifications: This condition is used to filter users based on their certification stats.

  1. A new condition, "Member of Organization," has been added to the user smart list. This feature allows you to filter users based on their organizational membership status. You can easily apply this filter on the condition page by selecting either 'Yes' or 'No.'


Feature Update / Overview
New conditions have been introduced in the User and Organization Smart Lists, allowing users to filter and segment based on their email and social drip campaign status. With this update, users can now:
  1. Filter based on whether a campaign has started or stopped.
  2. Refine segmentation using specific dates for better tracking and engagement analysis.

1. Filtering Users Based on Drip Campaign Activity

  • The User Smart List now allows filtering based on whether a user has started or stopped an email or social drip campaign.

  • This enhances targeting accuracy for follow-up communications and engagement analysis.


Steps to Apply Drip Campaign Conditions in User Smart Lists:

  1. Go to User Smart Lists.

  2. Click Add Condition and select "Email or Social Drip Status".

  3. Choose from the available options: started or stopped.

  4. Apply filters and save the Smart List.



  • Users can now filter partner users based on their percentage completion of LMS courses.

  • The Select Asset dropdown allows filtering by:

    • Any Course

    • Any Curriculum

    • Any SCORM


Steps to Apply LMS Conditions in User Smart Lists:

  1. Go to User Smart Lists.

  2. Click Add Condition and select "LMS Completion Percentage.".

  3. Choose Any Course, Any Curriculum, or Any SCORM.

  4. Define the completion percentage criteria.

  5. Apply the filters and save the smart list.

  1. Open Your User Smart List: Navigate to the User Smart List section in your system.

  2. Select “Incentives Earned”
    Find the Incentives Earned condition in the list of criteria.

    • Add it to your Smart List.

  3. Define Your Criteria

    • Specify the thresholds or rules under the Incentives Earned section.

    • Click Save to confirm your settings.



With this condition in place, you’ll have a more precise way to segment users, streamline reporting, and manage performance tied to incentives.


InfoUser Smart Lists - Deal Registration Conditions User Smart Lists have been enhanced with new Deal Registration-based conditions, allowing administrators to create and filter user lists using deal-related data. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in segmenting users based on their deal registration activities, enabling more targeted marketing campaigns, reporting, and automation workflows.

 

How to Access Deal Conditions

  1. Navigate to User Smart List (installurl/#connections/lists) and click on the Create User Smart List tab, then click the Create button.

  2. Go to the Conditions tab and click the condition dropdown.

  3. Search for Deals in the dropdown menu.

  4. Select Deals to view all available deal-related conditions.

 

Available Deal Conditions

The following options are now available under the Deals condition:

  • Deal Record Data

    • Displays all fields used during deal registration.

    • Enables filtering users based on specific deal form field values.

  • Deal Status

    • Allows filtering users based on the status of their deal registrations:

    • Approval Needed

    • Approved

    • Rejected

    • Converted to Opportunities

  • Deal Created By

    • Enables filtering users based on who created the deal:

    • User

    • User of a User Group

    • User of an Organization

    • User of an Organization Group
