To learn how to create a user smart list, follow the

record data. (Such as what is found in the user profile.)
All of the user default fields
are included in the options within the user record data including:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Title
Address
City
State
Country
- and more!
- User Additional Data: This condition is used to filter users based on user
record data in custom fields. All of the user custom fields
are included in the options within user additional data. For example, if
you've setup SSO or CRM integration with custom user fields, they will
display here.
- User Contact Custom Data: This condition is used to filter users based on user
contact custom data.
For example, if you are using a
new user registration form to approve users' access into the system, the
form fill will be added as a contact with your custom form fields.
Once converted into a user after access is approved, those
fields are now accessible in the user smart list "user contact custom
data" condition options.
