Implementation: Creating an incentive and rewards program is a multi-step process

When building out your incentive program, the "Parent Module" indicated in each table refers to the Rule Type within User Scoring where you may find related rules.
Update and assign points based on the importance of the rule. Apply higher points based on the activity you would like to encourage users to complete the most.

Each rule created requires a score and and a threshold.  The score refers to the number of points received for completing the activity. The threshold refers to the number of times the user can be awarded the score for completing the action.
