Mindmatrix provides 24 hour global support Mon-Fri. You can access Mindmatrix support in the following ways:


Depending on the type of ticket request you're submitting, the following templates can be used.

Report a technical issue or bug

A bug or issue is a feature within Mindmatrix that is not functioning properly or as it was intended to.

Request a software enhancement

An enhancement is a feature that is not part of Mindmatrix functionality, but may be considered to be added to our roadmap as a product feature enhancement request. If it requires something custom solely for your portal, the team will request an RFP (request for proposal) be filled out, so the team can provide you with a scope of work and pricing for the project.
