How to adjust your CRM Push setting

To adjust your CRM push setting, visit "Setup -> CRM -> Settings"



This will bring you to the lead scoring page. Use the tabs in the upper right hand corner to navigate to push settings for Contacts, Opportunities, Organizations, or "Common", i.e. all of the above. From there, choose the push setting you wish to use. For example if you choose "medium" any contacts which hit medium interest level will automatically push to your CRM. 



Review your "Triggers" under the trigger tabs, in this example: (Set Up -> Scoring -> Contacts Scoring). This will allow you to choose the lead score number which activates the specified interest level.
