How do I add a new form to a landing page?

In the landing page template editor, click on the “Add Object” drop-down and select "Form Container":
Click on the "Create" button.
Select the questions that you wish to appear on your form. When you have selected all of the forms you need, scroll to the bottom and click "Close".
