How do i create a Company User Smart List?
Note: Only administrators have the ability to create Company User Smart Lists. If you do not have access to this feature, contact the administrator at your company, or your Mindmatrix consultant, for more information.
1. Go to Setup > Company Smart lists > Company Users Lists
Note: Things may be under a different part of your navigation bar depending on your settings and customization. Contact your Support team or Consultant for further assistance if you can’t find the selection noted.
2. Click on create
3. Add in a Name > Description > Filter(s) > click next
Optional information fields:
A. Description: add any relevant explanatory notes and comments
B. Filters: add search filter tags
4. Note that you can choose either from an attribute (user record data) or an action, such as collateral activity.
In the example below, a filter is created based on users who have completed a specific Playbook campaign of the Marketing playbook type.
5. (Optional) Once you add the required filters, you have the option to select a timeline. This allows you to further narrow down the results based on a specific time period. Selecting a timeline is optional and can be used only if you want to filter the data within a defined date range.
6. If you click on the Advanced tab, you will see that one filter has been selected. The Advanced tab allows you to further refine the filters by adding AND or OR conditions. This helps you customize the logic between multiple filters and control how the data is included in the final results.
7. Click next to the Actions section.
A. Remove from User Group(s)
This option allows you to select the user group from which the users in the list should be removed.
B. Add to User Group(s)
This option allows you to select the user group to which the users in the list should be added.
C. Update User Info
This option allows you to select the user information fields that you would like to update for the users included in the list.
8. Click next and If you wish to receive email and/or dashboard notifications when the list receives new entries, click on email and/or notification check boxes respectively. Otherwise, click "Finish".

9. After clicking on finish, the list will then display all users who meet the selected criteria based on the applied filters and conditions.
