How do I add a print campaign to a playbook template?

If you have print vendor integration, setup a print campaign within a playbook! This will allow you to share playbooks to users that give them the option to order a print asset from a vendor on-demand.

You must have a print vendor configured with your company account in Mindmatrix to launch a print campaign.

In your playbook editor, select the step where you wish to add the print campaign. In the Step's "Add Assets" menu, select the "Print Campaign" hyperlink.  


Select a print template and then click on the arrow icon. 


In the "Configure" section, enter the number of contacts that the campaign will target, and then click "Finish".

Optional Menu Item: 
A. Send only single PDF to Vendor: (this prevents the platform from sending multiple identical attachments of a given asset).

The print campaign will now appear as a playbook asset.
