How do I login to my account for the first time?
The first time you log-in, no matter what URL or install, you will come to a similar log-in screen. Unless using SSO, no matter your type of User, you'll need to click Forgot Password to reset your password.
Logging In
Go to your portal, or install, URL. Click Forgot Password
Type in your Username email address to receive a reset password link.
If you are not sure that you have a Username, contact your Consultant or Support@Mindmatrix.net. If you are in the Channel or Enterprise level programs, and need help for a User that is not internal, put in a Support@Mindmatrix.net ticket on their behalf. Alternatively, you can ask your Consultant or Support about adding a link on your log-in page that allows new Users to sign-up to your Portal for your approval.
An email will be sent to that inbox with a link to reset your password.
Click on the reset password link in that email
You'll be asked to type a new password.
Passwords require at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character. Passwords must be between 8 and 20 characters and no spaces. Incremental or decremental numbers cannot be used.
Welcome Screen (optional)
Once you have your password reset - as a new User you may be brought to a Welcome screen that will walk you through the steps of setting up your User Profile. Follow the on-screen prompts to set-up your account and exit the Welcome Screen.
You will only see the Welcome Screen upon first log-in. Once set-up, you'll be logged in directly to your dashboard from now on.
Go through the designated steps and click Finish to exit and be brought to your Dashboard view.
