How do I read Daily Reports?

Daily Reports: The system can be set to email a user daily reports summarizing the account performance for that day. The type of report generated depends upon the persona assigned to the role of the user.

Understanding the Daily Report

Parts of the Daily Report
  1. Today’s Tip
    1. Helpful Marketing and Sales tips picked by our Consultants specifically geared towards helping MSPs.
  2. Total Active Leads
    1. Contacts by interest level
  3. Today’s Web Visitors
    1. Number of visitors to your website for the day (if tracked)
  4. Active Known Leads
    1. Contacts within your platform that have done activity within the last 24 hours. The type of Activity is listed, along with their current Interest Score.
  5. Anonymous Leads
    1. Activity done by anonymous contacts that are not currently within your platform.

Utilizing the Daily Report

  1. The Daily Report can be used from both a Sales and Marketing perspective. Best practices include making sure you click through and contact Hot and High leads by adding them to the Sales Prospect Follow-Up Playbook. Hot and High leads are your contacts with the highest Interest Scores and are therefore more receptive to Sales communications. 
  2. Use your Active Known Leads feed to understand what contact activity was taken recently. This can be helpful to guide your actions for what Marketing materials are popular or to see if there’s someone you can reach out to about a specific subject. (Ex. John Doe recently opened a form on telecommunications - Can you reach out to them to talk about telecommunications?)
  3. Anonymous Leads are a great source for cold leads. Use the information about the company to see who you might know at that company, and/or what asset or webpage is receiving traffic recently.
