What are the daily tasks I can complete in my Mindmatrix account?

As an MSP Advantage or Concierge program member, there are many activities you can complete to get the most out of the Mindmatrix software. Below is a shortlist of activities you can follow. If you are a Channel Manager, consider deploying these activities to your partners as well, to help them accomplish their goals.

If you're new to Mindmatrix and are wondering what to be doing next, here are some tips to help you find success.

-          Reviewing Daily & Activity Notification Emails: Use these to find leads to follow up with and prospect new companies. You can also see what content on your website is popular right now.  How do I read Daily Reports?

-          Reviewing Reports: Use the Reports tab to go through pertinent reports to your company. A good place to start is your Drip Campaign Reports, Email Summary Report (under Communicate) and Social Reports. Check to make sure you have drips scheduled and all the contacts are in drips. 

-          Go through your Activities Feed: Find the Activities feed either under your Reports tab, or by clicking, “View Activities” to see recent activity reports by contacts that you may be able to have your Sales team act upon

-          Monitoring Hot & High Interest Contacts: View Hot and High interest contact lists in the dashboard, or open Connections > Lists > Smart Lists > High and Hot Interest Contacts. Review their activity. Who isn’t in a Playbook yet? Make sure to add them. How do I add contacts to a Playbook for follow-up?

-          Follow-up with leads: Now that you have Hot and High interest contacts in Playbooks, make sure you’re following up. Having one touchpoint isn’t enough, you need to follow through! How do I use the Playbook?

-          Maintenance & Updating Contact Records: Update contacts with new information to keep a clean database. Items to make sure you have full contact information (name, email, company, position, current relation status to your company), that that employee is still at the company, and there are no misspellings. This may seem trivial, but it can make or break your database no matter what marketing software you’re using. 

-          Engaging New Contacts: Add new contacts to your platform! You want to have at least 500 non-clients that have opted in to receive marketing emails or some sort of communication from your company. You need to be continuously adding new contacts every month. Talk to your Consultant about number goals and the best way to generate leads. How do I create a single contact?
