How do I add FAQ/KnowledgeBase templates to the "View Assets" page?
Go to “Setup” > “Asset Configuration” > “Asset Search Configuration”
Select a tab, click on the "KnowledgeBase/FAQs" checkbox, and then click "Save"
Make sure that the search filter tags of any Knowledgebase/KB templates that you wish to appear match the search filter tags within the asset search configuration tab.
The template will now appear under that whenever a user visits the "View Assets" section of the platform.
