To create an FAQ/KnowledgeBase template go to “Setup” > “Asset Management” > “Templates”.
On the “Templates” page, click on the drop-down button and select "FAQ/KnowledgeBase", and then click "Create".
On the “Info” step, add a name, description, and filters to the template as needed. After that, click on “Next”.
If you’d like to add a custom thumbnail graphic, upload an image for the template in the “Settings” step.
Under Step 3: The “FAQs/Knowledge Base Editor” will allow you to add the content for your FAQ or Knowledge Base article.

A. Text Formatting
B. Insert Links, Images, Automatic Personalization Code, Anchor Names, and Videos
C. Enter Web/SEO Information
When you have finished adding your content, click "Save" and then "Next".
Use the tabs to view the permission settings for individual users, groups, and organizations. Click and drag on the blue bars to edit these settings as needed. When you are done, click "Finish".
