How do I make form fields mandatory?

Select Setup > Asset Management >Templates

Click on the "Forms" tab, and then select the form that you wish to edit.

In the form editor, hover over each field to show options.

1. Click on the star icon to make the form field required.
   

Note that the email field will always be required by default unless your form includes a mandatory mobile number field.

(Always remember to save your work after making a change to a template!)
