How do I record a contact offline activity?

Feature:
This feature allows the User to record and save any offline activity (not from AMP) done for a contact like “Met at Starbucks”, or “Made a phone call”.

Process:
Go to "Connections" > select "Contacts".

Select the contact entry that you would like to update.


In the “Views” option for every contact, there will be a link for “Offline activity”.


When the User will click on this it will display the grid of all the offline activities done for the contact by the User. The grid will display the Name, Description, Date, Type and the created/updated date of the activity. By clicking on the “Create” button, a User can create a new offline activity.


"Offline Activity" record data entry fields:
A. Name (Text field with character limit of 100 - mandatory),
B. Description (Text area with character limit of 500),
C. Date (Date-Time field - mandatory)
D. Type (Text field with character limit of 50).


Once a user enters the record data and clicks "save", a new entry will appear in the contact's offline activity record.
