How do I share an LMS Course or Curriculum with other Users?

How to Share a Course:

To share a course, go to “Set Up”, open the “Learning Management” drop-down, select “Courses”, and then click on the course you wish to share. 
 

Go to the" More” drop-down menu, select “Sharing”, and use the sliders to share the course with the relevant groups and individuals, and then click "Save".


How to Share a Curriculum

Sharing a Curriculum is a two-step process:
Step 1. Publish your Curriculum to make it sharable with other users.
Step 2. Use the 'Permissions' menu to share your Curriculum to specific users or user groups.

Step One - Publishing your Curriculum: 

Go to the “Learning Management”, select “Curriculums”, find the curriculum that you wish to share, and then click on the "edit" icon.  


Click "Save" and then click "Publish". 



Using the 'Permissions' menu to share a Curriculum: 
To access the sharing and permissions menu, return to the Curriculum Gallery by clicking "Save" and "Continue".


From there, click on the gallery card of the Curriculum you wish to share, and then click "edit". 


Go to the “More” drop-down menu, select “Sharing”, and use these sliders to share the course with the relevant groups and individuals.
