How to Use the Social Preset Messages in One-Off Social Post?

Social Preset Message is a feature designed for creating preset messages for Social One-Off Posting.

If the Social Preset Messages option is not currently available in your portal, kindly raise a ticket at <support@mindmatrix.net> to enable this feature.

Once activated, follow these steps:

1. Go to Setup > Asset Management > Social Preset Messages.

2. Click 'Create' to generate a Social Preset Template.

3. Fill in the mandatory details such as Preset Name, Title of the Post, and Post's Message.

4. Optionally, select from existing templates for media files, images, documents, videos, and links. Click 'Next' when ready.

5. You can share this Social Preset with other users through the Sharing tab. Click 'Finish' to complete the process.



Now, your Social Preset Message is ready to use:



1. To use the preset message, navigate to Communicate > Post to Social.

2. Click 'Create' to create a new Social Post.

3. Look for the 'Presets' option in this tab. Choose the Preset Message from the drop-down you created and click 'Use.'

4. All details from the Social Presets Message template will be auto-populated. Preview the Social Post and click 'Publish' to share it on your social media.
