What are the My Favorites, Recently Used, and Recommended Features in the Asset Search?
My Favorites: These are assets that the user has marked as favorites or bookmarked. This feature allows users to quickly access and engage with frequently used assets for their campaigns or other use cases.
Recently Used Assets: These are assets that users have used for sharing as part of their sales and marketing campaigns. This section includes all assets from the asset library that the user has recently interacted or engaged with.
Recommended Assets: These assets appear in the asset search based on their data scores, which are determined using the asset scoring model. The model applies a set of configured rules to assign scores to specific assets, helping prioritize them based on relevance or effectiveness.
Data such as Asset Name, Description, Created On, and Asset Ratings are treated as data scores in the scoring model. Learn more about setting up scoring models here.
Note: If Asset Scoring is enabled, only scored assets shared/created by the user will be displayed and sorted by score in descending order. If Asset Scoring is disabled, assets displayed are those associated with Contacts/Opportunities and those used by Company users, sorted by association and usage.
