Adding Contacts to Sales Playbook (Stepwise-Wise View):

Click on the "Add/Remove Contacts" button.



Notes
'Add Contact(s) to Sales Playbook' options:
A. Dynamic List for Playbook: add all contacts from a Company Smart List
B. Selected Step to Add Contact(s)
C. Add From List: Add all contacts from a Recipient List, Smart List, or Company Smart List
D. Create New Contact
E. Manually Add or Remove Contacts


Select the step to which you wish to add contacts.



Make you selections and then click "Done"



Adding Contacts to Sales Playbook (Contact-Wise View):

Click on the "Add/Remove Contacts" button.


Follow steps above. Once you click "Done" the playbook UI will populate with Contact data.

How to Import Contacts into the Sales Playbook

Overview

A new feature now allows users to import contacts directly into the Sales Playbook, making it easier to assign large groups of contacts to specific steps in a sales process. This enhancement mirrors the contact import functionality found on the main Contacts page, but is now available inside the playbook interface itself.

Where You Can Import Contacts


You can access the import feature from two areas within the Sales Playbook:
  1. Dashboard View

  2. Process View Tab


In both locations, look for the “Add/Remove Contacts” call-to-action (CTA) button.


How to Import Contacts into a Sales Playbook


  1. Open the Sales Playbook

    • Navigate to your desired Sales Playbook via the dashboard or the Process View tab.

  2. Click “Add/Remove Contacts”

    • A modal window will appear.

  3. Select Playbook Steps

    • Choose which step(s) in the playbook the contacts should be assigned to.

  4. Click “Import Contacts”

    • Within the same modal, click the “Import Contacts” button.



  1. Upload and Confirm

    • Follow the steps to upload your contact file or input contact details.

    • Once uploaded, the system will auto-assign contacts to the selected steps.

  2. Review Assignment

    • Immediately after import, contacts will be visible in the designated steps of the playbook.
