What visual changes can I expect to playbooks in Mindmatrix Bridge™?
As part of our ongoing effort to enhance the usability of Mindmatrix Bridge™ the following updates will be released in 2023.

Left-aligned steps and larger asset options
To improve the ability to navigate between playbook steps and access assets, we've enhanced the visual appearance of inner playbook pages. In the example below, preview the latest updates:
Options to collapse banners to improve page navigation
Users can now choose to collapse the banner at the top of the page in order to increase the amount of real estate for playbook steps and actions. This change is designed to assist users with smaller screen resolution size or working from mobile devices.
Enhanced display of completed tasks
Now, the appearance of completed tasks will be more visually apparent: in the Bridge™ user experience, completed tasks will be darkened (greyed out) to allow users to understand if they've already completed a particular action.
If a step is embedded, there are two options to review completed tasks included:
- In the sidebar, the completed icon and text will appear. The "view" button will also no longer be visible and the asset will not be darkened since the user previously interacted.
- Additionally, task completion is still tracked at the top of the playbook within the progress bar section.
