How do I read a contact activity report?

How to access a report:

1. Go to Connections > select Contacts.



2. Select the contact that you would like to review.



3. Select More > Report

C. Activity History/Contact Feed/Contact Scoring

C1. Activity History:
Measures the frequency of a specific contact active over a set time period.  Use the drop down menus to select a specific activity and timeframe.


C2. Contact Feed
Provides a timeline of Contact activities/interactions. Use the dropdown menu to filter for specific activities.


C3. Contact Scoring
Provides an itemized breakdown of the contact's estimated interest level score.
